Medical Insurance
Hyper Microsystems offers a choice of two plans: one plan with a low deductible and higher monthly premium, the other with a higher deductible and lower monthly premium. Both plans include prescription drug coverage.
Dental Insurance
This plan covers routine exams and major dental work.
Vision Insurance
This plan covers annual exams and subsidizes the cost of glasses and contact lenses.
401(k) + Company Match for qualified employees
Our 401(k) plan allows you to choose either pre-tax deferral or post-tax contribution to a Roth 401(k) account. Employer matching contributions and Profit Sharing contributions are made according to the plan.

Hyper Microsystems will pay a cash bonus to employees who refer others for hire once the new employee completes 180 days of employment.
