Customer Service Representative
Hyper Microsystems Inc is seeking an enthusiastic person with excellent communication and computer skills to join our great team as a Customer Service Representative. Experience in Customer Service field and data entry experience are required. Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel are required. Knowledge of computer hardware and consumer electronics is preferred.
Major Responsibilities Include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, fax, email, eBay message center and Zendesk on-line help desk.
Issuing RMA numbers, return shipping labels and instructions in accordance with company policies
Serving as company's primary liaison with customers
Communicating with technical support personnel regarding special requests or customer issues
Continually building knowledge of products and services
Working on special projects efficiently and timely, as assigned
Assisting third party customers with warranty support and repair arrangements
Assisting Sales Representatives with order entry and issues (out of stock/backorder)
Assisting other areas of the office (Reception, Billing Processing, Accounting) as needed
Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook is a must.
Willingness and ability to learn new software (ZenDesk, eBay messages, EVEREST, other CRM and productivity software as needed)
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
Outstanding customer service skills, including the ability to resolve problems
Able to work in a fast paced office environment
Must be a self starter and have the ability to multi-task and follow up consistently
Ability to communicate positively and effectively to both customers and fellow employees
